Refund Policy

Clear and fair refund terms

Last updated March 10, 2026

1. Policy overview

This Refund Policy explains when payments are refundable for FinanceBot subscriptions. If a conflict exists between promotional terms and this policy, this policy governs unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Free trial and beta access

If you are on a free trial or free beta plan, no charges apply and no refund process is needed. Paid refunds apply only to billed subscriptions.

3. Eligibility for refunds

Unless required otherwise by law, refund eligibility is as follows:

  • Monthly plans: refundable within 7 calendar days of first payment.
  • Annual plans: refundable within 14 calendar days of first payment.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges: fully refundable once verified.

4. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Renewal charges after the refund window has passed.
  • Partial periods where service was available and actively used.
  • Delays caused by user-side connectivity or unsupported integrations.

5. Service interruptions

If a verified service outage materially prevents access for an extended period, we may provide pro-rated credits or refunds at our discretion, based on impact and duration.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@financebot.website with your account email, invoice ID, payment date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify billing ownership.

7. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5 to 10 business days. Final posting time depends on your payment method provider and issuing bank.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact support so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any updates apply prospectively and will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
